Talks

I give quite a few talks and lectures during a typical year. These often take place at Open University, libraries and schools, but also at companies. Basically, everywhere there’s an interest in design, creativity and product development. The topics can be everything that has to do with Danish and international design or innovation.
In most cases I tailor-make my talks to the occasion – depending on the subject, the audience and the time frame. I always use an abundance of pictures and video material. PowerPoints with lots of text and bullets is just not me.

Courses, workshops and exhibitions

I’m a seasoned teacher – both in a Danish and English – and have over the past many years held a lot of different types of courses and workshops. The format can be adjusted to fit many different settings and the topics can be everything that has to do with design, creativity and innovation.

I have also, on a number of occasions, been involved in arranging, curating and designing exhibitions.

Research, articles and other types of communication

I have often written articles for trade magazines, journals and other media, and also write book chapters for anthologies. I have many years of experience with both academic and journalistic research, so I also gladly take upon me tasks that require collection of data and analytic insight.

On top of this I have many years of experience as an editor of journals, magazines and books.

For decades I have dealt professionally with project management – both within design, technical innovation, communication and research. During this work I have gathered a lot of knowledge and experience that I use in my company or when I write my own books or edit those that other people have written.
